An in-progress build showing how a family-run furnished-stay operation is becoming the operating laboratory for CodeEco’s systems-first approach.
Superbahost had years of firsthand hosting knowledge, but operating experience alone does not automatically become searchable authority. The challenge was to organize the real work—markets, services, policies, proof, customer questions, and decision rules—into a coherent public system.
CodeEco is applying an operator-led model: clarify the 30-plus-day stay position, separate selective co-hosting from remote setup support, structure market and service pages, connect claims to operating evidence, and use Human + AI workflows without surrendering final judgment.

The work completed so far has clarified the public position and established the structure for publishing, qualification, listing preparation, and future market expansion. The system is still being developed and evaluated.
